The Tripoli Rocketry Association is pleased to recognize Pat Gordzelik as our newest Lifetime Member.
Pat has been a long-standing contributor to Tripoli and the broader high power rocketry community, with decades of involvement spanning leadership, technical support, event operations, and mentorship. Over the years, he has served Tripoli in multiple national leadership roles, including Vice President and member of the Board of Directors across numerous terms stretching from the early 2000s through the 2010s.
In addition to his Board service, Pat has been heavily involved in supporting Tripoli operations and technical programs. He has contributed to safety and procedural efforts, supported prefectures and launch operations, and served as a trusted technical resource within the hobby. His long involvement as a TAP member and respected mentor has helped many flyers safely progress through advanced projects and certifications.
Pat has also been recognized throughout the hobby for his willingness to help others, share knowledge, and support the continued growth of high power rocketry. His professionalism, practical experience, and steady leadership have made a lasting impact on Tripoli and its members.
Lifetime Membership is reserved for individuals who have demonstrated sustained commitment and service to the organization. Pat’s contributions over many years exemplify that spirit, and this recognition is well deserved.
