The Tripoli Rocketry Association Annual Meeting was held Saturday evening during LDRS 44. Members from across the country (and more) gathered to talk through where things stand and where we’re headed next as an organization.
A big part of the evening was the Tripoli Board of Directors election. Returning to the Board are:
With Gary Rosenfield stepping down from the Board, members elected Lex Kuehn to fill the open seat. We appreciate Gary’s years of service and everything he’s done for Tripoli, and we’re excited to have Lex joining the Board.
The Board also held its officer elections during the event. The officers for the 2026–2027 term are:
We also announced the location for LDRS 45. The event will be held in Alamosa, Colorado, from June 10 through June 13, 2027, and will be hosted by the San Luis Valley Rocketeers. More details will follow in the days to come, but make sure to save the dates.
There were also updates from the Board and committees, along with some good discussion about what’s coming up next. As always, it was a solid chance for members to ask questions, share thoughts, and stay connected with what’s going on.
The Tripoli Board of Directors would like to thank Indiana Rocketry for putting on a well-run event. It takes a lot to make something like this happen, and Tim and his team put in the work and it showed.
