Prefecture Improvement Program

The Tripoli Board of Directors is pleased to announce that effective immediately, eligible prefectures can apply for the 2026 Prefecture Improvement Plan (PIP).

This is a grant program that prefectures can use to improve the flying environment for Tripoli Rocketry Association members. We want to enable your prefecture to purchase equipment, supplies, outreach, marketing materials, etc., to enhance your prefecture, environment, and/or flying field.

Eligible prefectures can apply for a grant of up to $250, with the total program payout not exceeding $20,000. Grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the allotted $20,000 is awarded.

For a Prefecture to be eligible for the 2026 PIP Grant these three items must be done:

• The 2025 Prefecture Information form must have been completed and the $10 Annual Prefecture Dues must have been paid by December 31, 2025.
  
• All receipts from previous years PIP Grants must have been received by the Tripoli Treasurer.
• All requests must be submitted by November 30, 2026.
