Tripoli Rocketry Association is pleased to recognize Jeffrey Boldig (TRA 09903) as the newest recipient of the Cumulative Altitude Award. This award is presented to Tripoli members who document a lifetime cumulative flight altitude of at least one million feet in accordance with the program rules and the Tripoli Safety Code.
Jeff began flying in 2003 with Tripoli Central Virginia Prefecture 25 at BattlePark and has been recording flights since 2007 through RocketReviews.com. Over 18 years and 484 documented flights, Jeff has reached a verified cumulative altitude total of 1,001,876 feet.
The milestone flight was made using the same Public Missiles Callisto that he flew at his very first BattlePark launch, making this final Virginia flight a fitting capstone before his upcoming move to Indiana.
Jeff’s submission included his recorded flight history and supporting spreadsheet export and was reviewed and accepted under the Cumulative Altitude Award guidelines.
