  How do I Log in?

I don't know my User Name or Password.



If you don't know your User Name or Password please use the Forgot Password option
when logging in. An email will be sent to the address on your account containing both your username and a new temporary password. Please allow two or three minutes for this email to arrive.  

This is the quickest way to get online.

OK, so I tried the Password Reset option, but am not receiving emails. 
What now?


If you are not receiving the password reset email messages, a couple of things could be going on.  Did you wait a few minutes? The email messages may not arrive instantly.   If so, please check your Spam or Junk mail box. We do sometimes find that certain mail providers send them there.

If it is not there, use the button below to contact Web Support, and let us know what you already tried.  We can double check that your account is OK, and your email address is correct.

I don't like my User Name.
Can I change it?




Yes!  After logging in, go to your Profile (upper right corner of the screen), and select User Name / Password. You may set your own personal user name, assuming no one else is already using it.

How do I renew my
membership?


On your user Profile you may renew early, or wait for renewal notices that are sent via email 45 days prior to expiration.

  • Email messages include instructions.
  • When you log into the system a renewal reminder will also be displayed.
