Tripoli Research Experimental Launch Approval Request

A couple of notes:

Research launches occurring in 2012 and beyond, DO NOT need approval. Any launches occurring in 2011, must still be approved
Use this form for only one site. If you have multiple sites, you'll need to submit a separate request for each site.
Fields highlighted in red must be completed.
Tripoli Board of Directors approval is required for all launches where the total installed impulse of a rocket exceeds a P.
Request must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the first launch listed

Land owner(s) - Enter the names of the land owner(s) one per line.

Check if a signed copy of the landowner's permission is on file with the Tripoli Insurance office.
